Magento support

Magento support with a response time you can plan around.

Security patches, 24/7 monitoring and fast fixes and improvements, with a 4-business-hour response when checkout breaks.

Sound familiar?

Stores rarely break on a schedule.

  • Security patches pile up because nobody owns the store after launch.
  • When checkout breaks on a Friday, there is no one to call.
  • Small fixes wait weeks in a queue.
  • Nobody can say which Magento, PHP or extension versions you actually run.

What’s included

Upkeep, monitoring and a team that knows your store.

  • Security patches

Adobe security hotfixes in every tier, full 2.4.x patch releases from Growth. Always tested on staging first.

  • Uptime monitoring

We hear about an outage when it happens, not from your customers.

  • Response SLA

Critical issues: response within 4 business hours. Everything else: the next business day.

  • Fixes and improvements

Small fixes and changes, usually done within 1–2 business days. No hours to count.

  • Adobe Commerce Cloud

Cloud projects included: ece-tools, Fastly, Cloud CLI deployments and environments.

  • Plain reporting

What was done, what is pending and which risks are worth tackling next.

Retainer tiers

Three tiers, same SLA.

Pick by how much your store changes. Larger projects are quoted separately, with 10% off for retainer clients.

Typical engagements

What this usually looks like.

Example

Taking over a store after the agency left

How support usually starts when nobody has looked after the store for a while.

An illustrative scenario based on typical projects, not a specific client.

Situation
A Magento 2 store whose original agency is no longer involved: several security patches behind, no monitoring, and nobody who knows the code.
Approach
An audit of code, extensions and hosting, then the latest security patch on staging, uptime monitoring and a short list of risks ranked by impact.
You get
A patched, monitored store, written notes on how it is built, and a short list of the fixes that matter next.
Example

Monthly upkeep for a growing store

A retainer that runs quietly in the background.

An illustrative scenario based on typical projects, not a specific client.

Situation
A store on a supported 2.4 release with a small in-house team and no Magento developer.
Approach
Security patches as they are released, tested on staging; monitoring; small improvements prioritised together each month.
You get
A store that stays on the latest patch, and a team that already knows it when something breaks.

  2. Pick a tier

Essential, Growth or Dedicated, billed monthly in advance.

  3. Monthly upkeep

Patches, monitoring and the tasks we agree on.

  4. Incidents

Critical issues: response within 4 business hours.

Questions

Frequently asked.

What counts as a critical issue?

The site is down or checkout is broken. You get a response within 4 business hours. Everything else is answered the next business day. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 CET/CEST.

Is there a limit on requests?

There is no hour counter. Small fixes and changes are part of the retainer. Real projects, such as an upgrade, a Hyvä migration or a new integration, are quoted separately, with 10% off for retainer clients.

How is the retainer billed?

Monthly in advance, at the start of the month. Retainers run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Invoices are in EUR and paid by SEPA or SWIFT.

Do you support Adobe Commerce Cloud?

Yes. Our lead engineer has worked on several Cloud projects: ece-tools, Fastly, Cloud CLI deployments and environments.

What if I need an upgrade or a bigger change?

Upgrades and Hyvä migrations are fixed-price packages, quoted after an audit, with 10% off for retainer clients. Patch upgrades are included from Growth, and Dedicated includes one minor upgrade a year. Smaller changes are part of the retainer.
