oleh.cloud is a team of Magento engineers, frontend developers and QA, led by Oleh. Oleh has worked with Magento for 12+ years, as a senior developer, team lead and tech lead in agencies in Germany, Norway and Estonia: Magento 1 and 2, Open Source and Adobe Commerce, builds from scratch, migrations from Magento 1 to 2 and long-running support.

- Express store audit: free. Versions, patch level, speed and basic security, plus a 20-minute call.
- Deep audit: €490. Code, extensions and an upgrade plan. Credited towards the project.
- Patch upgrade: from €300. Apply the latest 2.4.x security and patch release (2.4.x-pN).
- Minor upgrade: from €1,000. 2.4.x to the current release, PHP 8.x and extensions included.
- Upgrade from 2.3 or older: from €2,600. Larger version jumps, PHP and search engine included, planned after a deep audit.
- Hyvä migration: from €2,000. Replace Luma with a Hyvä theme for a lighter, faster storefront.
- n8n automation: from €1,000. Your first workflow: orders, stock, ERP, marketplaces or CRM.
- Automation audit: free. A call about your processes and a short list of what is worth automating first.
- White-label for agencies: on request. Capacity under your brand, quoted per engagement.

Support retainer (Month to month, cancel with 30 days’ notice. Billed monthly in advance; larger projects are quoted separately. Business hours: Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00 CET/CEST.)
- Essential (Safe and monitored): €300/mo. For a smaller store that needs someone responsible for it. Includes: Adobe security hotfixes within 5 business days, tested on staging; 24/7 monitoring of uptime, checkout, SSL and domain; Weekly health check: error logs, cron, indexers, queues, disk; Alerts on vulnerable extensions; Small fixes and configuration changes; A one-page report every month.
- Growth (Always improving): €700/mo. For a store that changes every month. Includes: Everything in Essential; Patch upgrades (2.4.x-pN) included; Regular improvements: frontend, checkout, catalogue and settings; Extension updates and PHP compatibility; Monthly speed check with Core Web Vitals fixes; Staging and a deployment pipeline, set up and maintained.
- Dedicated (Your part-time Magento team): €1,000/mo. For a busy store with a roadmap. Includes: Everything in Growth; Priority over all other work; New features and integrations: modules, ERP, marketplaces; One minor upgrade (2.4.x → 2.4.y) a year included; A new n8n automation every quarter, plus upkeep of existing ones; A monthly planning call and a direct line for your team.
- SLA: Critical issues: Response within 4 business hours in every tier: site down, checkout broken. 1–2 business days: Typical turnaround on small fixes and changes.

Fixed-price projects: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Projects from €5,000 are split into milestones (40/30/30).
Invoiced in EUR, paid by SEPA or SWIFT.
